We’re Hiring!
The Virginia Bleeding Disorders Foundation (VABDF) is hiring and is excited to announce two opportunities to join our team and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by inherited bleeding disorders across Virginia.
Due to the anticipated volume of applications, we ask that you do not contact VABDF regarding the status of your application or for additional information about these positions. All available information is included in the job description and application materials below.
While we are unable to respond to individual inquiries, we carefully review every completed application. Candidates whose qualifications best match the position requirements will be contacted regarding next steps.
We are currently seeking applicants for:
Program & Communications Manager (Full-Time)
Community Outreach & Advocacy Coordinator (Part-Time)
These positions offer the opportunity to work directly with the bleeding disorders community while supporting programs, events, advocacy initiatives, communications, and community engagement efforts throughout the Commonwealth.
As a small, mission-driven organization, VABDF values collaboration, flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to building strong relationships. Whether you’re an experienced nonprofit professional or looking to grow your skills in advocacy, communications, and community engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
