Join us for a virtual education session for individuals with an inherited bleeding disorder. The topic will be "Mindfulness as a Path to Resilience" What is mindfulness and what are its benefits? How are stress and resilience related, and why is resilience important? This presentation will offer patients a set of skills that they may use at home, on their own.
Since we cannot gather in person, join HACA and VHF for a virtual advocacy education program on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our traditional date for our annual advocacy day. This program will focus on the 2021 General Assembly.
