The topic will be: Exercise Safely with a Bleeding Disorder: Do’s and Don’ts of Maximizing your Workouts
Learn how to maximize your physical well-being with this interactive program for ages 16+ that focuses on exercising with a bleeding disorder.
Speaker: Dr. Carl Zovko
Dr. Carl Zovko is a coach, physical therapist, bleeding disorder community member, and the founder of Crozet Physical Therapy. It is through physical therapy (manual therapy, pain science, communication) and strength and conditioning that he is able to help others get out of pain, build strength, and return to the activities they love. Crozet Physical Therapy is built on his mission of rehabbing patients quickly, efficiently, and completely to get back to the lives they want.
