Join the HACA/VHF advocacy committee for our virtual chat series. These chats focus on advocacy topics relevant to the bleeding disorders community!
During our chat we will learn more about the Board of Pharmacy and how their work can significantly impact the bleeding disorders community.
For September’s chat we will be joined by Cynthia L. W. Warriner, BS, RPh, CDE, who served on the Virginia Board of Pharmacy as Chairman, she had been an active member of the board since she was first appointed in 2012. In recent years, Warriner has led regional initiatives to decrease the rate of adverse drug events (ADEs) in Virginia and Maryland, as well as finding innovative ways to improve the patient experience and engage pharmacists in community-based care transitions initiatives.
