It's Time To Submit Your Application For The Gettin’ In The Game Junior National Championship (JNC) |
VHF has been given the chance to nominate two participants, girls and boys, between 7–18 years of age with a bleeding disorder to take part in an exciting opportunity for connection and skill building (all skill levels are welcome.) Participants will learn about the importance of physical fitness and receive instructions on proper techniques and then compete with fellow nominees from around the country. Results of a new study published in the Journal of Blood Medicine (JBM), indicate that people with hemophilia A (HA) who have been on a prophylactic treatment regimen have a reduced risk for intracranial hemorrhage (ICH). |
