VHF Lyman Fisher Scholarship |
The VHF Lyman Fisher Scholarship application is now open! This scholarship offers financial support for individuals with inherited bleeding disorders, and their siblings, or parents residing in VHF’s jurisdiction. VHF Travel Grant Application for National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (NBDF) Washington Days |
VHF is pleased to offer travel grants so constituents can attend NBDF's Washington Days. This national meeting is an opportunity for people affected by inherited bleeding disorders to travel to Washington DC on March 5 – 7, 2025 to advocate for issues that are important to them. Application must be recived by 5:00 pm, Monday, January 6, 2025.

Adult Retreat - A Weekend of Learning, Connection, and Growth |
This year’s VHF Adult Retreat, November 1st - 3rd, brought together 20 members of our community at the Hyatt House Short Pump in Richmond for a weekend of connection, learning, and relaxation. It was an opportunity to pause, share experiences, and explore topics relevant to life with bleeding disorders.

VHF's Annual Winter Gathering is on Sat., Dec. 7th at 4:00 pm come celebrate the winter season with your bleeding disorders community! We will start the afternoon with holiday refreshements and time to gather with friends and then we will hop on a motor coach for a Tacky Lights Bus Tour of Richmond. A fun tradition that is fun for all ages and a great way to get into the holiday spirit. There is no fee to attend, space is limited, and please note that this will be the only Winter Gathering of the season.
