This event offers an opportunity to connect with the bleeding disorders community and gain valuable education and resources. \nTopic: Beyond Bubble Baths: Real Self-Care for Caregivers \nCaring for others\, especially in the midst of chronic illness—can feel all-consuming\, leaving little room for our own well-being. This session goes beyond surface-level self-care and explores deeper\, more sustainable ways to restore ourselves while continuing to show up for those we love. Through reflection\, discussion\, and practical strategies\, we’ll explore how to integrate real self-care into our lives in ways that actually stick. \nPresenter: Sarahbeth Spasojevich\, NCC\, MA\, MBA\, MEd \nSarahbeth Spasojevich is a mental health clinician at Connected Resilience and a mother of three – including Jack\, a fourth-generation hemophiliac.
