A rejuvenating fall weekend retreat in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley filled with educational programming and community building. This retreat is open to adults age 21 and up with inherited bleeding disorders and/or to adults whose lives are impacted by a bleeding disorder (i.e. caregivers, spouses, carriers, immediate family members – some restrictions do apply).
What To Expect: The event will begin with a light breakfast on Saturday morning followed by education sessions on topics such as Mental Health: A Deeper Dive, Impact of Factor 8 on Bone Mineralization, Reproductive Health, Menstruation, and Menopause, and more. On Saturday evening join us for a hop-on, hop-off brewery and winery tour in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley (dinner and drinks will be provided.)
